Emma has a First Class (Hons) degree in Materials Engineering and a Physics MSc in Medical Radiation.

She is an operator within the SINTEC laboratory, carrying out raw material preparation, process simulations and material performance tests in extreme environments. She has experience in material characterisation and testing techniques, and supports ironmaking and raw material research.
